What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we strive daily to give the best service possible. We will do anything within reason to satisfy you. However, if you are not ultimately satisfied with your purchase you can return your book within thirty days and receive a refund. There is a charge for shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are processed the first week of every month.

What do I do if I want to return my Hollow Book?

Please email us at sales@hollowbookstore.com or call us at 877-626-6595 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please put this number on the outside of the package to us on three sides. Packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. Please include your name, address, phone number and email address on the inside of the package.

These are used books

We want all of out customers to know that most of our hollow books are made from used recycled books. This helps the hollow book fit in better to your book collection, reducing risk of detection. Using recycled books also helps us to keep costs down and is better for the earth.

Legal Stuff

We are not responsible for any loss associated with a Hollow Book. If a Hollow Book is used to store valuables and the valuables are stolen, Hollow Book Store is not responsible.

Sales Tax

All customers purchasing from Pennsylvania will be charged sales tax.

What are my shipping options?

We ship to you via the US Postal Service and UPS. We use priority mail boxes to ship product if you select the US Postal service. If you select UPS, we can offer you two day or ground shipping.

How long does it take to receive my Hollow Book?

We typically ship within 1-4 days once we receive an order. Typical times for the US Post office can range from 3-5 days. UPS times can vary from next day to 5 days.

What are the shipping costs?

The costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. We use a special automated program to calculate these costs based on number of books, size of books and weight. If you feel our calculator is in error, please call us.
